i will make this look nice later i swear

CHARACTER: Anaxagoras
CANON: Honkai: Star Rail
AGE: Mid 30s in the 3.0 timeline, 860+ in 3.5 onwards.
CANON POINT: Flexible! I've finished the Amphoreus storyline and usually catch up on new patch content within the week of release. I follow beta updates for character kits but avoid story leaks.

CONTENT WARNINGS: Parental/sibling death and eye trauma references in backstory, in-universe religious blasphemy and negativity towards religion. Body horror. He is highly self-destructive and shows no regard for his own survival in his pursuit of knowledge. Not suicidal, just extremely flippant when it comes to consequences.

INJURING / DEATH:
Bruises and similarly minor injuries are fine and you don't have to check with me beforehand, but let's discuss any major or permanent injuries. Death should also be discussed unless it's the theme of the meme I put my top level in.

THREADHOPPING:
Mostly irrelevant since I don't have him in a game and I don't think anyone threadhops on bakerstreet, but I'd rather not.

FOURTH WALLING:
Narration jokes are fine but let's keep the fourth walling out of any actual in-character conversations, please. I'm only vaguely familiar with Honkai Impact 3 through fandom osmosis and don't view Anaxa as a Su variant but if you think it would be IC for your HI3 character to see any similarities, that's fine with me.

3.7 spoilers:I'm fine with castmates having read As I've Written, but I would prefer it if they don't know every little detail about Anaxa! I assume the book mostly covers the broad strokes so there's still room for things to come up organically over time in a thread.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS:
I would prefer to avoid graphic descriptions of eye gore (it's fine if it comes up or I wouldn't be playing him in the first place, just spare me the lengthy paragraphs about it) but other than that, I cannot think of anything that bothers me enough to warrant a mention. If something unexpectedly hits a snag mid-thread, I will reach out.

BACGTAGGING:
Absolutely. I prefer to write with people who will keep things going and backtag to get threads done.

TAGGING SPEED & EXPECTATIONS:
Medium-slow, with the typical turnaround being between 1-4 days depending on how much thought the thread requires, and for texting threads I try to respond within a day. Boomeranging is unlikely; I live in Europe and work a full-time job so most tags come in when I'm either asleep or at work. I try not to let a thread linger for longer than a few days, but sometimes the notif gets lost or I blank on a phrasing and oops a week passed. Feel free to PM me if it's been longer than seven days and you'd like to continue a thread - I will prioritize getting that tag done ASAP.

I don't mind slow tags but I may drop a thread if it consistently takes two weeks or longer to get a response. Sometimes real life or other things put RP on the backburner and I respect that, but it's easy to lose momentum for a thread if it happens frequently.

TAGGING STYLE:
I am a brackets girlie because it's easier on my brain, but I basically put brackets around my prose and call it a day. I enjoy putting meat (introspection, descriptions) in my tags so they can get verbose at times, but I try not to go overboard. I don't expect my partners to match length and shorter tags to move the thread along are perfectly fine, but I struggle to maintain interest if I keep getting one-liners with little to no introspection outside texting threads.

SHIPPING PREFS:
✅ Aglaea, Phainon, Mydei, Cerces, Dan Heng
❌ Underage characters (in mind and/or body. No Tribbies, basically)

If you don't see a character mentioned but have a particular itch, feel free to ask me about it.

OOC CONTACT:
PM this journal. Discord available upon request if we've threaded for a while and the vibes are there.
